In doing so, the new standard is set for screen box design that incorporates reliable efficient operation with hassle free maintenance. The Fluid-Quip engineering team can custom design screen boxes to meet your exact process and physical requirements. 

Single, Double, Triple, and Quadruple screen boxes are available.

 
DESIGN FEATURES
Hinged nozzle mounting plate and Roll-In screen cradles allow quick and easy screen changing.
Easy screen access through large doors on both front and backside of screen box
Nozzles can be changed from outside the box during operation.
Vapor-proof EPDM rubber door seals
Rugged one-handle door locks
Available in 316L or 304L stainless steel construction
Straight Pipe or Flanged connections available

Incline Screens Gravity Feed
Gravity sidehill screens have long been used in many industries. The high flow capacity and low maintenance requirements make the gravity screen an ideal choice for easy to separate solids. Fluid-Quip screens are designed to stand up to the reliability requirements and rugged conditions of the corn wet milling industry.

Standard screen sizes are 2’, 4’, 6’, 8’, and 10’ wide in both 45 degree and 50 degree configurations. Custom screen sizes are also available.

Heavy Duty single latch hinged doors with vapor tight seals
Large solids discharge chute
316L or 304L stainless steel construction
